Make room for Detect Sol.

Install the Detect Sol Chrome extension in a few steps.

1. Download the extension ZIP and extract it to a permanent folder.
2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome.
3. Turn on Developer mode in the upper-right corner.
4. Click Load unpacked and select the folder containing manifest.json.
5. Install Phantom, Solflare or Backpack in the same Chrome profile. Refresh X after installing a wallet.
6. Open X. Click a highlighted full Solana mint address, or open Detect Sol from the toolbar and paste a mint.

Token inspection and chart viewing do not require a wallet or SOL. Buying does require SOL for the input, network fees and possible token-account rent. No transaction is sent until you approve it in your wallet.

Update later

Replace the files in the same unpacked extension folder, then click Reload on its card in chrome://extensions. Refresh X. Keep your wallet recovery phrase private; Detect Sol never asks for it.
